Collab- PKMN Battle 2

Another Iscribble collab in between just ~Kialish and I

Raichu VS Dragonair.

In the middle of no-where, two pokemon collided. One had electricity running through it's veins, the other held an ancient mythical power. The two engaged in a battle, for there was nothing better to do in this lonely place. The raichu lept at Dragonair with a thunderbolt attack, while the dragonair prepared a dragon pulse attack to counter with.

I did the raichu, the yellow glow around the raichu and the basic BG.
~Kialish did the Dragonair, it's attack, the electricity coming off raichu and the rocks in the BG.
