Chronicle of Rogue pt2

Discovered injured and underfed, Rogue had been brought back to the fledgling clan of dragon who'd found him. There, he was patched up the best they could and kept under the careful watch of Sunfae, the fae dragon who led the clan. As time passed, he grew stronger. He was unsure at first about his adoptive clan, but he had something here he didn't have at home. These dragons gave him freedom.

Soon he was out and about volunteering to hunt and gather so that he could show his gratitude to the small wind clan. However, it was soon discovered that Rogue did not know how to fly. Up until this point, he'd only ever used his wings for intimidation. Amused by this, one of the clan's member's took it upon herself to teach the young mirror how to fly like a wind dragon. His wings grew stronger by the day.

One day, while out scavenging, Rogue came upon an unfamiliar scent. The mirror followed his nose to a nearby bamboo patch, and discovered a sky dancer hatchling of all things. While his kin might of made a meal of such an opportunity, he decided to pick up the young dragon as gently as he could and carry her back to Sunfae. There he named the baby Stray, and decided to take her under his wing.

The skydancer, unsure of her past, grew attached to Rogue as a parent figure. The two were rarely seen apart for some time, and even when the young sky dancer went out on her own, the mirror was never far behind. This proved to be especially true when one day a rather handsome imperial arrived claiming to be searching for Stray, as he'd seen her fly by. Rogue was on the larger dragon in an instant, and had flipped the giant before he'd even known what had hit him. This dragon did however eventually join the clan.

When Stray was old enough, Rogue made the decision to show her where he'd come from. Carefully, he made his way back into his mother's territory, just close enough to see the nest where he'd hatched. His mother would probably kill him on sight if she knew he was there. Before they could return home though, his older brother Wasp appeared. Rogue had never gotten along well with Wasp, and wasn't pleased to see him now. It had been a while since the two were in the same place. The question was, what would happen now?
